What is Qualitative Research?

The purpose of qualitative research is to provide valuable insights into your team. We help make sense of relational dynamics and identify the “how” of outcomes. This process serves to challenge the status quo at its core and pave the way for positive change.

Our Approach

1. Start with listening

Listening is the key to all effective communication. Listening shows respect and regard for others. It helps build rapport and, when you listen, others will listen more carefully to what you have to say.

2. Identify the mission.

Knowing where you are going is a critical step in understanding how you are going to get there. This step in our approach provides a well-defined desired outcome. 

3. Find and measure resistance.

The road to success will have challenges and obstacles to overcome. In this step of our approach, we identify where the resistance to change exists so that we can develop strategies to keep moving forward toward the end goal.

4. Prepare and educate leaders and team.

We are not on this journey alone and educating leaders and team members how to be an active part of the solution will be critical to success. 

5. Illuminate the path to achieving mission success.

In this final step of our approach, we outline all the steps needed both now and in the future to achieve and maintain the designed goals and outcomes.
